Client Experience & Project Manager

We are looking for a Client Experience & Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution, maintain excellent client communication, and manage onboarding processes. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating smooth, efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing deliverables before they are sent to clients.

Client Experience & Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the project.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Gather client requirements and ensure project briefs are clear, structured, and actionable.
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Streamline internal workflows to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion).
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience and project execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, client relations, or operations (preferably in a creative agency, branding, or design-related industry).
  • Strong understanding of branding, design processes, and digital projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working in a branding or creative agency.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Slack, and Google Workspace.
